A spoonful with history

"Jørn Back is a key person in the performance of The Kinks.
- It was the musical Annie which was the background for "Kinks-show", "says Jørn Back in a conversation with Popkjelleren.
- In a break, I talked with Magne Jensen and Teddy Mork Knutsen. Some Kinks music was played in the background and suddenly it struck me that it might be an idea to create something with The Kinks music.

Magne Jensen took contact with his collegue Ronald Nolet at his work and whome he knew was very interested in the Kinks. He asked him to join the "gang og three". So it became "the gang og four", Magne Jensen, Ronald Nolet, Bamse Knutsen and Jørn Back.

I spoke with Teddy, Magne and Ronald about this and eventually they also like the idea. We got in touch with Espen Holtan, who in turn got in touch with Geir Arne Westby, and then it started to add up.
